• Representation of talent, directors, producers and writers in the review, negotiation and drafting of various film, television, and video / new media agreements with both major and independent studios and networks, including development and production-related agreements, talent agreements, crew agreements, option agreements, life-story rights agreements, location releases and material releases.

• Representation of film companies and producers to advise on clearance issues and provide risk analysis, including errors and omissions script review for documentary and feature films and legal analysis of fair use issues for documentary films.

• Domestic and foreign licensing of music, books, films, images, and other media for film, television, video and new media.
